WHAT IS KIDSLIFE?
Kidslife runs during the 8:30 and 10:30 service upstairs, in the Kidslife area. In the services your child will receive an hour lesson packed with praise and worship, lesson related games and activities, object talks, skits, stories and prayer time.
SIGNING IN AND OUT
Please walk with your child to Kidslife and sign your child in at the front table. When you collect your child after the service please ensure that you have signed him/her out. If your child is going home with another parent or relative please inform the leaders on duty. Please arrive on time as we lock the premises 10 minutes after the service starts for safety reasons. This is part of our Safety Policy and we ask that parents adhere to it.
DIFFERENT GROUPS AT KIDSLIFE
The hour sessions are divided into a Large Group Lesson and a Small Group Lesson. All the children sit together for praise and worship and the Large Group lesson. From there they break into their small groups to review and discuss the lesson, take part in a game, activity or craft, and pray.
SMALL GROUPS ARE DIVIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Yellow Group – Age 4 to 6
Orange Group – Grade 1 to Grade 2
Red Group – Grade 3 to Grade 5
The Green Group – Grade 6 to Grade 7
The Green Group (VIPs) and their Small Group leader will take part in Praise and Worship at church, before coming up to Kidslife for their Small Group Lesson. Please ensure that you follow the normal Sign in and out procedure for them.
AM I ALLOWED TO STAY WITH MY CHILD?
You are most welcome to stay with your child for the duration of the Kidslife service. However we do encourage the parents who stay to be involved in the program.
YELLOW, ORANGE, RED, GREEN GROUPS
We encourage parents to send bibles with their children. No bag is needed. Also please ensure that any jackets or jerseys are marked with your child’s name so that we can return it to you if it is forgotten at Kidslife.

VIP ROOM FOR GRADE 6 & 7
Don’t feel left out and out of place. Our VIP room is just for you! Help yourself to tea or coffee, we have great question and answer times and get to chat about all sorts, while exploring God’s Word in a relevant way.
We care about the entire family and the values that babies are exposed to and grow up with.
Matthew 19:13: “Then little children were brought to Jesus for him to place his hands on
them and pray for them.”
We “bless” babies in terms of Jesus example when the mothers brought their children to Him.
What must I do to have my baby blessed?
Please visit the Info Desk to signup your baby to be dedicated on the next available Sunday.
Parents should prioritise the following:
· Honouring the Word of God
· Respect and obedience
· A loving relationship between Dad and Mom
· Building Godly lifestyles with our children
· Being connected to the local church
What happens on the day of the Baby Blessing?
Please confirm your arrival at the Info Desk
What age must the child be?
Your child can be new born or of a young age.
Can I bring my family along and where do we sit?
All family members are welcome. Parents of the baby and young children are required to sit in the coffee area. Other family members are requested to sit elsewhere in the main auditorium, as our coffee area is only for parents with babies. This section is made available to them in case they need to take their baby to one of the appropriate child friendly rooms without disrupting a large number of people. Please honour our seating request at all times.
