Lesotho will NEVER be the Same
We had our first team meeting for the short term mission trip to Lesotho. It was great to see over 70 people there from 5 different churches. Chatting about what, where and how got me very excited for where we are going with this year’s mission. There were four of us from LIFE church and it was great to be a part of something bigger, all the guys are amped and keen to make a difference for God. Going on a mission trip changes you, it makes you realise that your faith really can play out in everyday life. That God is with you always and there is nothing to hard for Him. This year we are including an outreach to a University town and this will form some of the first contacts we will make, as we are wanting to plant a church there. It is a great opportunity for us to influence Lesotho as a whole as these are the minds that will shape there society in years to come. We will be planting a contemporary church that is going to help reach young people for Jesus, we are hoping that over the next few years they will spread out around Lesotho reaching people in a real, relevant way. So we need all the prayer support we can get and donations of toiletries and finance to fund the trip. As a church I know we will benefit enormously by being involved in this endeavor. Whenever there is sacrifice and moving outside comfort zones, God blesses. It says we are not just living for ourselves but rather for the extension of God’s kingdom. As you go through today think of something you can do for someone else, something that will cost you but that will show someone the love that you have for God and his kingdom. Go on, I dare you!

My prayers are with you and
My prayers are with you and the realisation of planting a contemporary church there. God is awesome. And if I get my money before you leave you guys will leave with some!!
