Missions
Two mission trips this year, the first one is to Lesotho. In partnership with Urban Edge church in Durbanville we will be going from 4 - 14 April.
The focus has been on assisting the community, by doing maintenance work, working with the children in the schools, having training sessions with teachers, ministers conferences, ladies meetings, inputting into the children in the orphanage and doing horseback outreaches into unreached areas, always using every opportunity to share the gospel. If you are up for the challenge and know that God is calling you to live above and beyond your everyday life, then make sure you set aside the time.
Second mission trip will be to Zambia from the 15th - 20th June. The vision of the Assemblies of God for Zambia is to see every community in the Western Province of Zambia uplifted through strong Christ-centred churches. And to have a church within walking distance of every person in the Western Province. We are going specifically to see how we at LIFE can be a part of this and learn more.
